Hi to all who have been waiting for me to produce my first blog! Hehehe....Have always wanted to have one but too lazy to start it and too lazy to maintain it until NOW! YEAH! Hahaha...and you know what gave me the motivation to do it? The CORS duty! Cos today's duty is in between Round 0 and Round 1 A so there isnt much 'business' as usual...For non NUS students who must have been wondering what on earth am I blabbling about. this is for your information: CORS = Centralised Online Registration where we bid (yes i mean bid like that of buying COE) for our modules. Every student is given some points when they are matriculated into NUS and all returning students will get new points on completion of a survey at the end of the semester. So why is Round O and 1 A so free? Cos we are only suppose to bid for our major modules which in most cases we do not need to fight and squezze to get our modules since it's our core modules. It all makes sense doesnt it? A chemistry student like me would not be bidding for a physics core module (*eeks!*) and even so the deparmtment has to give us our core module, if not how are we going to graduate? Thus very few pple would actually have problems in their bidding for the first few rounds except for Life Sciene students who hmm...usually have more probs than other majors.(??) That is just a very brief intro of CORS to all others who get their modules thru the non-CORS way. Shirley? Qian? Clarice? Get what I am talking about? Hahaha guess qian will say "Who cares about ur system?"
Ok enough of CORS. I am counting down to 5.30! 45 mins to go and i can see my lion....hehehe...n we are going KTV!! YEAH! but this time is with his friends...hmm...dun think i would dare to sing also...sigh...
