Didnt tell many pple as i do feel a little embarrass about it...But I shared with a few the happiness and shock that I had when I first heard about it.
I am one of the 10 finalist in the shisheido makeover competition! Heez...didnt really want to announce it or something until it was confirmed...I guess now it is sort of...Just came back from the photoshoot with the rest of the 7 finalists...the photo will be featured in Urban next thursday...Still not sure if they are going to put the individual photo or the group photo in it...But do not expect anything from me..cos the rest of the finalists are simply GORGEOUS! Ha...After looking at the pics for very long, I have finally convinced myself that Im not ugly, just that the rest of the finalists are too pretty!
The whole competition involves a shisheido class..teaching all the finalists how to do make up and what to wear (though they didnt cover alot on that). Then we are suppose to do our own makeup and hair for the photoshoot (which is today). After which, it will be featured in urban and readers will have to vote for the top 3.
It has been a great experience for me...both the makeup course and the photoshoot. We felt like models in " America's next top model", where we have to pose for the camera in a studio...the group photo was even more exciting as we posed and yet interacted with each other in our poses. I met new friends, new people and a whole new experience that is totally out of my life!
I dun expect to be in the top 3, seriously. Being one of the finalists is already a big compliment for me, I never tot with a round face and big tummy, I could actually feel like a model for a day! HA! And gals, its all make up that will make u shine. Believe me....All those that u see who are gorgeous on the streets are just make up..and since they can..anyone can do it too! Anybody can look gorgeous!
Also, because of this competition I was exposed to many of shisheido's products, both their skin care and makeup...and I must say their products are really good! Really! Their uv active white which Im trying now is good! and their makeup are also excellent! I think I will switch from a being FANCL customer to a shisheido customer once I get my finalists prize (which is 500 bucks worth of shisheido product's hamper)...heez...

Have been crazy with the website link that i just inserted in my blog!!! The accessories that she makes are really cool and one of a kind!...Liked the lateast Bella fairy one..but before I could order...its sold out already :( Her things are selling like hot cakes...Should take a look if you r looking for prezzies...but i have not ordered anything yet....so im not sure if its reliable...But it does look trusty...Im sure u guys will like it too!

Sometimes i really wonder why is it that the closest to you will irritate you the most? Will scold you the most vulgarities in your life? and will purposely do things that you hate? Mayb the closest isnt the closest thats y..or mayb the closest is the furthest from your heart....heck..like i said there are always such things or people coming your way to disrupt your peaceful life...Shall not bother...or as i tell myself..
strange..how did things or feelings turn out this way? where it has come a point of time where i cant be bothered....where i no longer feel as close...and where i cant seem to find a common topic to talk about...the prob is with me? mayb.

I enjoyed myself today!
This gal gave me a bday present which was a Shiseido makeover! And it was SUPER VALUE for money! It cost only $50 with
1. hairstyling - I love the hairstylist cos he is soo friendly and skilled
2. makeover - I have to thank the gal cos she has to tolerate with my teary eyes..i have sensitive eyes that ALWAYS tear when I do eye liner...
3. photoshoots -the photographer was really good at getting my face angles so that my usually round face dun look that round..heez
3. 1 A4 size photo of our choice
4. $50 Shiseido voucher - which I exchanged for a correction pencil and a eyebrow shaper.. (yea..its my troublesome eyebrows again)
5. 1 silver bag
6. 1 clutch bag with a sample set of whitening sheseido products
and an extra $60 bucks for a cd, and 3 printed photos...its super value for money! heez!

Isn't ironic when someone blames you for not listening to him/her when that someone doesnt even bother to listen to you????? And the problem is, you are listening but cos you dun want to make a decision and later he/she blames you for it for life, he/she claims that you are not listening! What is worse is that when he/she have something to say, you listen quietly thinking of what suggestions to give and when you have something to say, he/she doesnt even let you complete your story! HA! COMPLETE IRONY! Cant be bothered...
Sometimes things just happen so that it disturbs the peacefulness of your life.
Throat hurts like crazy...can feel my body temp going up...another wave of illness...sigh

As Im too lazy to type a long story on how i celebrated the non existence day..so I will use pics to show I spend my bday! heez..the first slide show is the first day where turtle brought me out and spend the whole day together. My sis bought me a bday cake at CHOCZ ! Yummy choc cake ( and it had ladies fingers in it) !
The second slide show is an extremely fun outing that I had with my lab friends...and the food at dian xiao er is really good!
The third slide is an outing with Pualine and gang to my fav Ajiesen!
Lastly, I will like to thank all who had spend their valuable time with me...that is everybody in the photos..and all who had messaged me happi bday and who had given me prezzies and of cos those who had called me(thanks meiyin! it was sweet of you to call though i dun think you will read this_)...those who had took trouble to msg at 12am on 28th and 1st March..I know who you are and thanks a milion!
