Bored...waiting for that little pool of compund stuff to mix and react in a tiny round bottom flask..splashing along the sides of the flask as the longish, whitish (known as a magnetic stirrer) makes countless rotations and turns...heez..chemistry has never been described so dramatically i think. Today's experiment is 3 hours long so I have to wait for till 4.45pm for the reaction to be completed. So now till then there is still 1 hour plus..gosh..So here I am writing my blog despite non interesting events happening right now in my life.

But there are many things on my mind these days...wondering if I should stop what I am doing for a while...to take a break and have some time for myself. Just realised recently that time can really fade things off. Not for me...but I guess for some, that's how it is. I feel that I have been the one putting in effort all these time, the fader (i shall call it) does not seem to be putting in any at all. I am just wondering if between two pple... be it friends, couples, siblings or any other relationships, if they hope to bulid a strong and close tie between themselves, does both parties have to work towards it? Or it is perfectly alright to let one party do the job of asking the other party out ALL the time, to plan and make sure that the bond between them is still there. Does anybody get what I'm trying to say here? I'm a little confused myself now....dunno where I am heading too...

But just something for my friends reading this:

Do you find that someone is always asking you when you are free to meet up? Do you realise you dun usually contact another person but you are still close to him/her? For couples, do you find that you have to quarrel with him/her becos you are just too tired or busy to meet up and you think she/he doesnt understand? Then perhaps you are taking things for granted. If that someone was not bothered about you, do you think anyone will pick up a quarrel for nothing? Be grateful perhaps that someone stilll gets angry for not being able to see you rather than no one cares to see you.

Pick up the phone or send an email or give that someone a big hug to show that you have neglected but not forgotten about him/her. Nobility does not exist in everyone or it doesnt even exist perhaps. If you just want someone to be there when you need them but disappears or shun away when they need you then perhaps you dun deserve anyone to be there for you at all.
